My wife and I have and amazing little boy that is super funny and imaginative. We live far away from all of our family and so when it comes to home projects we do it totally ourselves but always find the struggle is to not ignore our son in the process and keeping him entertained while we work is always a challenge. Well my smart wife saw at a local store a tent for sale one day, and was talking about how much she loved her tent as a girl and how she would spend hours in it. So a couple of days later she suggests that we purchase the tent for our son. Last Sunday we had to finish a railing/fence on our deck to keep for the pool area. We get the tent out and set it up for him in the yard, and it is a huge success, he loves it. My boy suffers from a serious Lego addiction so he had is Lego, Lego magazines, teddy bear, cars blanket and a pillow and was so happy playing away.

Our family dog Chase, Chay, he has lots of names. He can be a BBBB (Bad, Brown, Beagle, Boy) sometimes and at lunch time he showed us how bad he can be. My wife made a nice PB and Nutella sandwich for my son to eat in his tent, Chase decided he was hungry and snatched the sandwich off the plate and ate it in one glup as my wife chased him. So the lesson is… if you have a dog like BBBB don’t let him around at lunch time.  Thanks to the tent, our boy, and his smart Mommy we finished the Sunday project and had a swim and BBQ that evening.

So for 30.00 we definitely got our moneys worth for this project and many more to come.
